Decisions Decisions

I'm planning on taking a road trip in June. The question is, "Where should I go?" Here are a few of the destinations I'm considering:

1. Astoria, OR & the Coast (I love the Oregon Coast, but I'd really love to see the rivers, covered bridges, waterfalls, etc. along the way to Astoria. Not to mention the Goonies ROCK!)

2. Denver & Boulder, CO (I watched the movie Catch & Release and decided that I needed to visit Colorado. I just found this picture on the internet. It's the Glenwood Springs Alpine Slide...I'll be doing a little research on this. Doesn't it look totally cool!?)

3. Las Vegas, NV (VEGAS BABY! And that's all I've got to say about that!)

4. Yellowstone National Park (Mom, I know you'll be pretty ticked off at me if I go here so I'm keeping it toward the bottom of the list.)

5. Seattle, WA (Sorry, but this idea came from Mom too.Quentin would be pretty mad at me too. He wants to go see Seattle because he's a Grey's Anatomy fan. He's my McCutie.)

I'm most likely going with option #1, but I'd like to hear what ideas you guys have and why. Now, please keep in mind that I'm going to be driving. Let me know what you think...

I think you should go to Oregon. My reasons are:
1. You loved it so much last time you went.
2. You didn't get to spend enough time last time you went.
3. You'll be able to answer the lingering questions in your mind about the things you didn't get to see and do last time you went. Right now it's like an unfinished chapter.
4. You need to see Goonies rock.
5. You need to see the Astoria Tower.
6. You need to take a picture of the Peter Iredale shipwreck at sunset.
7. You need to visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory. (Hey! Why not?)
8. You need to see the Columbia River Gorge. Really. And spend a night in Portland.
9. Because Oregon is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

I think you should come up to Seattle so you can come see us here in Port Orchard, WA. We're only about 2 hrs. drive from Seattle. We'd love to see you and Quentin and have Anthony and Quentin meet again after 8 years! And most of all - I'd love to see you and catch up.
This is Joy btw in case you haven't figured out (ha ha ha)
